Pamela
The leader of our team, with over 30 years experience in both hairdressing and barbering. Pamela opened the doors of the salon in the summer of 2011 and hasn’t looked back since. The salon has a steady stream of regular & loyal clients, as well as new clients who have been recommended to come and seek Pamela’s professional advice. Not only do our customers return because of Pamela’s talents but also her welcoming and bubbly personality. She is our leader, in charge of a team of highly trained stylists who are all committed to giving everyone a first class service.
Jordan
Jordan’s natural eye, flare for fresh looks and up-coming fashion trends make her a popular choice with a wide variety of clients. Behind her friendly, very chatty(!) exterior is a passionate hairdresser who’s always up for a challenge, whether it’s in cutting, colouring or styling. From the moment your appointment begins, Jordan will put you at ease and talk through the best way to achieve the look and style you desire, she believes the consultation is as important as the cut or colour itself.
Louise
The newest member to Room 19, our wonderful salon assistant who is always there to meet and greet each person that comes through our door. Louise is there to help with booking appointments, catering to each client and assisting all the stylists throughout the day. She is a necessity in the salon especially on our busy days, always one step ahead and helping our day run as smooth as possible. We would all be lost without Louise, she is constantly running around looking after us all and we are so grateful to have her here.
